The Scope of Works is as follows:

• Geotechnical boreholes in dry land on the northern and southern river banks up to 20m deep including reinstatement;
• Geotechnical engineering report on the boreholes;
• Bathymetric survey for the base topographic model tied to AHD;
• Sub-bottom Profiling by using single channel marine seismic reflection to pick up the rock surface below the sediment;
• Seismic Refraction to build up a block of seismic profiles and look for anomalous responses in the alignment that indicate karstic topography.
• Transition Zone Seismic Refraction to cover the land-river transition with a seismic array capable of land and marine sensors.

Provision of a comprehensive Geophysical Investigation Report including, but not limited to, graphical presentation of all data collected, profile and contours of the riverbed, profile and contours of the rock surface and continuous information on the bedrock continuity. Information to allow the planned horizontal bore alignments to be overlaid. Report to be correlated with the geotechnical borehole findings.

The successful Contractor is expected to assist the Principal with information required to obtain permits such as Works on Waterways.
