Tender Description
Design & Construction of Two Modular Buildings for Changeroom and Pavilion at Frank Bourke Oval. The following items need to be delivered.
- Changeroom (x4) in line with AFL Victoria and Cricket Australia Guidelines.
- Changeroom Amenities including associated toilets and showers.
- Supporting spaces in line with AFL Victoria and Cricket Australia guidelines including Medical/First Aid, Umpires Changeroom & Amenities & Club storage.
- Multipurpose Social Room with Storage
- Meeting Rooms & Office Space
- Kiosk, Bar, Canteen/Kitchen and associated Storage
- External/Internal Toilets
- Undercover Viewing Area
