Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, installation and execution of illuminations for the Bathurst Winter Festival.

The Tender shall be for the design and installation/execution of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender documents and shall include the following:

1. Investigation and design of the works in consultation with Council, per specification, for a period of approximately 1 month (July) for three years.

2. Design creative content across all sites.

3. Supply and installation of all equipment associated with the illumination project including, but not limited to; projects, lighting, audio, equipment, stands and electrical supply.

4. Obtain and comply with Development Consent if required.

5. Liaison with other service/equipment suppliers as required.

6. Provide site works as specified by the Principal as required.

7. Dispose of all rubbish and debris.

8. Provide plant, material and labour to install/execute the works as detailed in the drawings and specifications.

Council's budget is $130,000.00 including GST per annum.
