Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitable companies for the provision of security services to Bathurst Regional Council.

This contract is for the provision of security monitoring and patrols for Council owned buildings within the City of Bathurst and surrounds.

The Tender shall be for the provision of the following services for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 (plus option to extend to 30 June 2029) and included but is not limited to the following:

1. Monitoring of Security Systems installed in Council owned buildings

2. Provision of regular security patrols

3. Provision of alarm responses as necessary

4. Provision of guard facility as required

5. Provision of lock ups to buildings as required

Council will reserve the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months to 30 June 2025 by notification to the successful tender in writing a minimum three months prior to the completion of the initial 24 month period.
