This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
Context
In December 2023, the ACCC approached the market for one or more providers to assist with implementation and surge capability for Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform and Microsoft Azure Data platform capability.
Your organisation submitted a proposal for Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform capability. As a result of additional programs of work, we now have a requirement for additional surge capability. As such, we would like to confirm that you are still interested in providing this capability.
Minimum Requirement
The Contractor must have capability and capacity to work in conjunction with the ACCC in one or more of the following streams:
- Dynamics 365/Power Platform
- SharePoint
Dynamics 365/Power Platform Requirement
1. The Contractor must have the following capability:
- a. A mature MS Dynamics365/Power Platform practice with matching Microsoft Solutions Partner designation.
- b. Experience with all Power Platform products including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
- c. Experience with all Power Platform capabilities including Dataverse, Common Data Model, Security and governance, Connectors and Cloud Ecosystem.
- d. Ability to work as part of an Agile team.
- e. Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- f. Good understanding of using gateways, custom connectors and orchestration design.
- g. Experience with MS SharePoint capabilities.
2. The Contractor must be able to provide one or more skilled resources across the following categories as required to deliver agreed work packages:
- a. Project Manager
- b. Architecture/Design
- c. Lead Technical Developer
- d. Junior Technical Developer
- e. Scrum Master
- f. UI/UX Designer
- g. Functional Analyst
- h. Testing Resource
3. The Contractor must be able to work collaboratively with the ACCC to provide a mix of full-time resources for the life of the project and surge resourcing on an as needs basis.
4. Resources must have a current baseline clearance to be engaged on a project. ACCC are prepared to work with the Seller to obtain security clearances for additional staff in order to assist with future resource planning.
Response Format
We do not intend to re-assess your Technical Capability as you have already been assessed as being suitable for those criteria.
In order to carry out a Value for Money assessment, we will require an up to date response on the following:
1. Please provide a summary of resource capacity in your organisation. This summary should include staff numbers broken into skill type and include any specific Microsoft accreditations.
2. Please provide an up to date Rates table broken down into skills classifications. As a minimum, you should provide a daily rate. Also provide any discounts that apply for engagements longer than 1 Month and 6 Months.
