Project goals
The goal of this project will be to develop and successfully implement the EnergyCo NSW Project Delivery Division Portfolio frameworks. These frameworks will encompass the following Portfolio functional areas:
- Portfolio Management- Portfolio Governance & Assurance
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Change Control
- Resource Management
- Benefits Management
- Continuous Improvement
This body of work will support and align with in-progress projects to define the portfolio Cost, Schedule and Risk frameworks.It is anticipated that the project will span 2 years, and result in improved clarity, quality, communication and compliance within the portfolio projects.
Scope
The successful service provider will be developing and implementing the project delivery portfolio management frameworks (Seven frameworks) documents with their respective supporting processes, procedures and templates.
