Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrades at Nemesia Street Park, Greystanes.

The scope of works includes, but not limited to the following:

• Demolition of existing netball courts and construction of 2 x new full-court netball courts + 1 x half-court netball fields.
• Installation of a new Gossi or similar amenities building.
• Supply and installation of relevant softscapes, hardscapes and landscapes.

Contract: MW21-LG

Contract term: 26 weeks

Pre-tender site briefing (Mandatory)

All tenderers are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefings on 13/02/2025, at 10:00AM.
