Port Waratah is seeking responses from suppliers for Tender 25-008 Maintenance of Overhead Cranes and Associated Equipment. The Services are throughout both Kooragang and Carrington Coal Terminals.

Any tender enquiries in the first instance shall be directed via the online forum.

Requirements

1. Within five (5) days of receiving this tender please advise by email (amanda.broad@pwcs.com.au) of your intention to participate in the tender. Please complete all schedules within the Tender Package and provide pricing for the entire scope.

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion. Please ensure you complete and sign all Tender Schedules and review the enclosed draft Contract as part of your submission.

Port Waratah is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Port Waratah's staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries concerning the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
