Orange City Council is seeking quotations from consultants for an Orange Employment Lands and Centre's Opportunities, and Constraints Report (the Report) is to provide the evidence base to support the ongoing planning and growth of Orange's employment lands and centers.

The Report is to provide policies and actions that can support Council in:

• aligning its planning with the objectives and actions arising from the Economic Development Strategy
• negotiating planning agreements for associated infrastructure and works of public benefit
• guiding the rezoning of land and provision of local and neighborhood centers
• providing an implementation plan that can inform Council's Delivery and Operational Plans.
