Ad-Hoc Application Support for Civica’s Authority platform required.
Council is seeking to engage someone with Authority support skills while a recruitment process is underway. The estimate is 3 to 4 days per week – 7 hours a day. Payable on an hourly basis / rate.
The term required is ASAP to 30th June 2025.
Expressions are interest are sought in the form of a quote for an hourly rate, plus a resume / capability statement.
Remote services will be considered by the ideal candidate / solution would be to be on-site in Mossman, Queensland.
Reporting to the Team Leader IT, the role’s key responsibilities are:
* Resolving a wide variety of Authority related Helpdesk tickets, escalating to Civica where needed
* Assisting and advising end users on the use of the platform
* Amending and creating Crystal reports. Maintaining various data extracts.
* Maintaining service up-time (restarting services, posters etc)
* Performing minor data fixes via SQL scripts.
* Assist in upgrade and new module implementation projects
* Involvement in business improvement initiatives
Predominantly you will be responsible for providing tier 2 and 3 support, while working with other members of the IT team and the vendor’s support team to resolve issues.
