Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake all works associated with the supply, installation, and redevelopment of the Netball Court at the Murtoa Recreation Reserve to two new multi-purpose Netball/Tennis courts and includes the following:
- Construction preliminaries
- Identification & proofing of all existing underground services
- Removal of existing playground & trees
- Bulk Earthworks and preparation of subgrade
- Multi-purpose court pavement construction works
-Storm water drainage infrastructure including Storm water drainage pit and pipe network; Storm water outlet and connection to existing drainage infrastructure
-Installation of Netball posts within sleeves and Tennis posts within sleeves
- Construct players shelters & seating
- Provision of spectator grand stands & water drinking stations
- Installation of 6m high and 1.2m high fencing with soft net curtains
- Acrylic sports surface suitable for Netball/Tennis courts
- Construction of all paths compliant to DDA requirements.
- Site Reinstatement
- Production of maintenance and operation manuals
- Production of as-built drawings
- Warranties and Operations & Maintenance Manual
The budget for this project is $900,000 - $950,000 (excluding GST); Pricing is required to be submitted as an itemised fixed price lump sum.
