Tender Description

Jaycee Park is located in the heart of Kyabram. Its current facilities include a 50m outdoor aquatic facility, concrete skate park, shaded playground, community building and off-street car parking.

Council is seeking to work with the Kyabram community to revitalise Jaycee Park, to provide an open space recreation area that is exciting, inspiring and accessible for all ages and abilities. The open space is to be designed at a district level to service the needs of Kyabram and the surrounding communities.

This Request for Quotation is to engage an experienced design consultancy, to develop a masterplan for Jaycee Park. The consultancy may include (or subcontract) the following skills/subject matter experts:

  • Landscape design/architect
  • Feature, level and quantity surveyor
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Arborist
  • Safety in design and accessibility specialist
  • Civil and electrical engineer/design
  • Aquatic facility infrastructure and design
  • Skate park/pump track design
