The Department of Education (the Department) is seeking to establish a new panel of suitably experienced Recruitment Agencies (suppliers) to assist in filling early childhood teacher (ECT) and educator vacancies across Victoria. This engagement supports the ongoing objectives of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.

At a high-level, successful suppliers on the Recruitment Agency Services (RAS) Panel (the Panel) will support the Department to source candidates for ‘hard-to-staff’ roles and/or source overseas/interstate candidates to fill vacancies in Victoria.

The intent of this Panel arrangement is to increase the number of ECTs and educators in Victoria, minimising the risk that children will not have access to funded kindergarten.
