The City is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced contractor, (including any sub-contractors the appointed Contractor deem necessary to undertake the work), for the provision of Sage 1 construction works for the Welshpool Road, Wharf Street Mc Dowell Street dual carriageway project.

Stage 1 of the project includes general site works, earthworks on the southern carriageway, and the relocation of the water main and associated services.

The resultant contract will be awarded to a single contractor to satisfy all requirements
