The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of watering services and tree maintenance for the Principal's Horticultural and Arboriculture needs. Requirements include but are not limited to mobile tree watering, revegetation watering, as well as provisions for tree maintenance including staking and tying, pest and disease reporting, application of horticultural additives, mulching and ad hoc services all to achieve strong plant establishment.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 10.00am (AWST) on 17 February 2025.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's etender Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) on Wednesday 5 March 2025. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's etender Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
