Scope

The ART is seeking an experienced seller to identify any risks and/or opportunities not already identified, including that the data platform approach & architecture is:

• Structured to support growth for an extremely low maturity
• Composable, modular and targets integration and interoperability with ART's Case Management stack and capabilities (D365, Power Platform and DataVerse)
• Enables incremental deliverables (ART is using agile methodologies)
• Cognisant of the ART’s size and complexity - i.e. accounted for needs differentiation between small, medium and large enterprises
• Cognisant of ART Data Domains, Data Sources, and analytic models
• Cognisant of ART business ecosystem
• Aligned to ART's and Industry DataOps + DevOps Approaches

Out of Scope

The ART is not seeking assessment or review of ART’s:

• Core case management technology stack selections (D365)
• Data governance and data maturity (low)
• Data management strategy
• Stakeholder views (too early)
• KPI's or measures (too early)
• Business process and data utilisation

Additionally, we are not seeking an Audit report.

Working arrangements:

• Remote
• The work can be completed remotely, onshore in Australia. There may be a requirement to attend one of the ART's locations. The program team work from various ART and remote locations across Australia.

Additional budget information:

• Pricing must be stated in Australian dollars (AUD) • Pricing must be exclusive of GST • Pricing must be fixed price total cost, including any incidentals and daily rates
