Blue Mountains City Council (Council), through this Request for Tender (RFT 2024/25-509221) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Design and Construction Contractor to undertake works at Mount Victoria Park. The works are a combination of a designed civil works component and a design and construction component for the play space replacement, including:
• Upgrade of tennis court to a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)
• New accessible path to tennis court and play area from car park
• Conversion of heritage embankments into new seating wall along two sides of the MUGA
• Replacement of the existing play space within the current footprint – this is the design construct component,
• Other landscaping including planting and park furniture
• Maintenance period
