It is Hunter Water's intention to set up a Panel of Contractors to provide Water Jetting, CCTV Inspection Services, Vacuum Loading and Non-Destructive Digging services as and when required.

Contractors are required to submit a tender (including pricing schedules) for all portions of the services they wish to be considered for.

The three (3) panels will be structured as follows:

Panel A - Water Jetting, CCTV Inspection Services and Vacuum Loading (Reactive Works Only)

Panel B - Water Jetting, CCTV Inspection Services and Vacuum Loading (Packaged Works Only)

Panel C - Non-Destructive Digging Services

Contractors submitting tenders for one panel may also be eligible to tender for others. It is not envisioned to award multiple panels to the same Contractors; however, the final decision will be dependent on assessment of submissions received.

Contractors on Panel B will not be eligible for membership of Panels A and C.

Hunter Water will determine the final number of Contractors on the Panels, based on their relevant experience and assessment of tender responses.
