Tender Description
Kendall Drive Reserve is a valued community asset of the Casey community. The playground has reached the end of its life, and this project proposes to upgrade the playground and make other improvements to the reserve.
Landscape works to be carried out include demolition works, hard and soft landscaping, installation of new playground equipment, shelter, picnic tables and seats, upgrade of existing gravel path to concrete and new drainage in the playground space.
It should be noted that as some items of play equipment may have long lead times, and this should be accounted for in your project program.
Works need to be completed by end of September 2025, and Contractors shall indicate their ability to complete the work within these timeframes.
