Council is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced residential builders for the construction of 10 new residential units in McCartney Court, Robinvale, Victoria. The project will involve all aspects of construction, including site preparation, foundation work, building, and finishing.

Tender Briefing Session: A non-mandatory tender briefing session will be conducted via MS Teams at 11am EST on Tuesday 18 February 2025. To register your interest, please tenders@swanhill.vic.gov.au by 4:00PM Monday 17 February 2025.

Site Visit: Respondents may visit the site at their discretion.
