Seeking a managed service provider to deliver efficient residential and commercial relocations, including storage, for the Whole of Government, replacing the current Removalist Services Contract.

Project goals

The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) invites qualified applicants to demonstrate their ability to provide managed services for secure, timely, and efficient residential and commercial relocations, including associated services. The aim is to establish a new Whole of Government (WofG) contract, replacing the current contract for Removalist Services (C409).

The propsed initial term is five years, with a two-year extension option.

Scope

The Service Provider will receive a fixed fee per booking to deliver a comprehensive Relocation Management Service for residential and commercial relocations, including storage and insurance, to NSW Government buyers (Eligible Agencies).

The Service Provider will be required to:

1.Coordinate a competitive procurement process for the deliverables, ensuring each Ordering Officer receives a minimum of three written quotations for each service request.

2.Coordinate, plan, and administer all services as prescribed under the Agreement, including:

• Residential relocations, storage, and associated services within NSW.
• Residential relocations, storage, and associated services between NSW and other states or territories in Australia.
• Residential relocations, storage, and associated services for international relocations to and from Australia.
• Commercial and office relocations, storage, and associated services within NSW.

3.Ensure the Service is performed in accordance with all relevant policies, regulations, guidelines, security requirements, and industry and quality standards.

4.Provide Eligible Agencies with specialist advice, guidance, and assistance in relation to relocation and removalists services.

5.Provide and facilitate excellent customer service designed to adapt to and foster a positive relationship.
