Tender Description
The Public Trustee requires the services of an estate clearing and cleaning service to attend to customer properties when a customer passes away or otherwise leaves the residence. The appointed supplier will be responsible for removing household items from the property and cleaning it ready for sale or return to the rental market. The supplier must be able to service properties throughout the metropolitan and greater Adelaide area.
Approximately 100 estate properties are cleared per annum, however there is no guarantee of a minimum volume of works being issued to the appointed supplier.
The base contract term will be 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of 2 years, giving a total opportunity of 5 years.
