Project / Background:

Work under the proposed Contract is to set out the requirements for the engagement of a Contractor to provide a Design & Construction package for the Peninsula Leisure Centre (PLC) Pool Deck Changerooms & Accessible WC's Renewals. The Contractor will review the existing concept design and associated documentation and will carry out a Design and Construction package that is compliant to the relevant Building Standards/Codes or Legislative requirements associated with the construction.

The existing accessible WC's, pool deck changerooms along with the male and female toilet facilities and the pool showers, have reached the end of their serviceable life. Central Coast Council (CCC) will undertake comprehensive renovations to these internal amenities. The primary objective of these works is to modernise and enhance the facility's infrastructure to better accommodate the evolving needs of the Central Coast Community.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

NON -MANDATORY MEETING:

Non - Mandatory Pre-Tender meeting will be held at the PLC commencing on site at 10am Tuesday 25th February 2025.

Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Cameron Thompson no later than 4pm Friday 21st February with the names and organisation of those attending.
