The City of Cockburn (the Principal) invites submissions for contractors to provide the Principal with Commercial Waste Services. As such, the contractor must service 18 x 3m3 waste bins from Council owned and operated sites within the City of Cockburn. There is also a requirement to service 2 x 9m3 waste skip bins and a 30m3 waste hook lift bin from the City’s Operation Centre as detailed in the Specification document.

The objectives of this RFT are to:

• Receive a fee proposal from experienced contractors to provide Commercial Waste Services;
• Ensure the services expected meet the expectation of the Principal.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of five (5) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend up to 1 year and a further one year; the Contract is expected to commence in April 2025.
