Manningham is seeking to create a panel for Leadership Development Coaching Services to support the development of leadership capability.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
