Arcadis Australia Pacific Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of the upgrade and widening of the intersection at Jonny Fox Road & George Alexander Way, Coomera, and associated Public Park works.
The works involve:
• Civil works including but not limited to preparation of pre and post dilapidation reports, site establishment, demolition, bulk earthworks, Erosion and Sediment Control, roadworks, stormwater drainage, potable water reticulation, installation of conduits, footbridge installation and landscaping (public park).
• Collaboration with relevant parties to ensure traffic signal installation and electrical/comms and light relocations are carried out concurrently with the civil works.
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGCC - City Plan V11 - SC6.12 Land Development Guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
