To provide Council with the necessary flexibility it requires to program and complete various maintenance activities, capital work projects and emergency work assistance. Council is required to manage the delivery of these activities in the most efficient way possible. To achieve this and provide the necessary flexibility, Council requires additional companies to provide, when required, suitable plant and equipment under a dry hire and wet hire arrangements.
