The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to prepare and lay a 2.5m wide asphalt path along Boinawarrah Road in Milawa.

The proposed sealed path will create a smooth finished surface for approximately 1.6km on the Bobinawarrah Road. The sealed path will benefit the Milawa community as it will create less dust and a safer riding experience with the inclusion of shared path signage and bicycle holding rails. The finished sealed surface will promote water runoff and will remedy all existing low spots that hold water on the path creating an improved experience for end users. Two surfacing options have been considered which is the preferred asphalt option with spray seal being an alternative.

   Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of Response Schedule as supplied on eProcure (completion is mandatory).
• Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of assessment.
• Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.
• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering similar types of projects.
• Completion of the Schedule of Rates spreadsheet (information to be submitted in the provided template).
• Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.
