The Town of Victoria Park invites Expressions of Interest to lease an approximate 105m2 building on a portion of Lot 501 on Plan 412328 comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2975 Folio 780, 3 Canning Highway, Victoria Park in accordance with Council Policy 310 – Leasing and Licensing.

The Town is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Community Organisation to occupy the property under a lease or licence for a Community Purpose use primarily aimed at benefiting the local community, subject to there being no costs to the Town in modifying or upgrading the existing building on the property.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing in accordance with the qualitative criteria contained within the property prospectus, these include:

• Business Structure & Financial Position
• Detailed Lease Proposal
• Fit Out Concept Plans
• Relevant Experience
• Two References

Selection of the preferred submission may be subject to Council approval and will be subject to any required compliance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
