Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools (MACS) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced architecture firms for the establishment of a preferred supplier panel.

Over the next three years, panel members will have the opportunity to submit proposals or quotes for the design and delivery of educational infrastructure projects across MACS Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Melbourne which extends across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

These projects may include:

• New school developments

• Refurbishments and extensions of existing school facilities

• Specialist educational spaces (e.g., STEM labs, performing arts, sports facilities)

• Sacred spaces and buildings that integrate Catholic mission and identity

• Sustainable and environmentally responsible facilities

This EOI marks the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Following an evaluation of submissions, shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) to determine the final panel composition.

Firms must have demonstrated experience in educational facility design, with expertise in Catholic mission integration and sustainable architecture highly desirable.
