Following Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, a list of necessary repairs has been compiled. The required works primarily include the repair of concrete spalling, the restoration of protective coatings on steel elements affected by corrosion, and the reinstatement of scour protection in areas prone to erosion.

These maintenance activities are essential for preserving the structural integrity of the bridges and ensuring road safety for the local community. Additionally, they will help minimize future maintenance costs by addressing potential issues before they become more serious problems. While minor maintenance works will be addressed by the Council's Field Services team, the remaining tasks will be managed through this RFQ process, which will engage a contractor to carry out the required works.
