The LPSC will be required to engage, manage and coordinate Secondary Professional Services Consultants to facilitate the progression of preliminary investigations, preliminary concepts and scope requirements to Concept, Design & Documentation, Statutory Approvals, Tendering, Construction and Defects Liability Period.
