Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of the Jazz Basement building located at 44 Lincoln Causeway, Gateway Island, Wodonga. The refurbishment works will include replacing the entire roof (including insulation), removing and replacing asbestos ceilings, facias and eaves, repairing concrete flooring, upgrading building access and egress, internal and external painting, new flooring and general amenities. The project will also include upgrades to the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.
Quotes are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for W4220-25 Jazz Basement Building, Gateway Island - Refurbishment Works.
