The CITB aims to enhance its operations through a comprehensive solution that improves customer engagement, streamline internal workflows and simplify Grant Management processes to better serve the construction industry.

The solution must comply with Australian data sovereignty requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring alignment with CITB's commitment to supporting the development and delivery of industry-relevant skills.

The purpose of the Expression of Interest is to identify vendors with the capability, experience, and expertise to deliver a robust, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution with proven success in supporting training boards or organisations with similar requirements within Australia or New Zealand.
