Builders are invited to lodge an expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at St Johns Riverstone, Primary School. Construction involves a new 2 level, 12 classroom plus library building and associated car parking and external works, refurbishment and extension of two existing classroom buildings, refurbishment of a 2 level admin building and an out of hours school care building.

This is a systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Parramatta.

Registrants should demonstrate the following:

• Provide details of similar projects completed circa $20m $30m. Include scope of works. client name. location and completion dates.

• Detail experience working in a live school environment constructing educational facilities.

• Outline your company's Work. Health and Safety policies and procedures. Provide details of your safety record on past projects.

• Describe any innovative approaches or sustainable practices your company would bring to this project.

• Compliance with National Construction Code 2022 and the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme
