Tender Description
Design, development, and implementation a new AI assisted Customer Experience (CX) Chat Bot that will support customer enquiries via chat, replacing Council's current Chat Bot. The Chat Bot will provide community and internal staff with easy access to information and services, and will be integrated with the Council's website, SharePoint sites and Intranet (internal users) via Live chat platform. The successful vendor will be required to deliver a Chat Bot that is user-friendly, accessible, and provides a high-quality user experience.
