Gippsland PHN is seeking Requests for Tender (RFT) from qualified and experienced health providers across Gippsland to deliver the Community Led Integrated Health Care program from 1 May 2025 to 30 June 2026. Contracts may commence from 1 June 2025 pending successful contract negotiation

Gippsland PHN's total budget for this procurement, including all related expenditure, is up to approximately $400,000.00 (excluding GST) over the full contract term of 1 May 2025 to 30 June 2026. There may be the option to extend the contract for a further year pending ongoing funding and at the sole discretion of Gippsland PHN.
