Pre-qualified Real Estate Agents - Greater Adelaide Region for the Sale of Property or Land Subject to a Warrant

Establish a pre-qualified panel of Real Estate Agents in the Greater Adelaide Region that may be engaged with when seeking appraisals for the sale of property or land subject to a warrant.

With the intention to establish a pre-qualified panel of a minimum of 12 (twelve) Real Estate Agents that are licensed, qualified, experienced and have the expertise, capability and capacity to sell property or land in the North, East, South and West of Greater Adelaide Region.

Noting upon pre-qualification acceptance by CAA in the event a sale is required, CAA will seek 3 (three) written appraisals from the pre-qualified panel; following assessment of appraisals CAA will evaluate and determine the successful real estate agent to undertake the sale.
