City of Whittlesea is seeking a qualified Contractor to re-establish stormwater harvesting at Laurimar Recreation Reserve using Clarifier technology to treat stormwater from Laurimar Drain, making it suitable for irrigation of the 2x sports fields. The amount of water required for irrigation is 8ML per year (approx 4ML per sports field).

The successful Contractor will be required to implement a turn-key solution for the site by:

- nominating and testing Clarifier technology able to meet the water quality and cost specifications in the tender

- prepare a detailed engineering design

- build and commission the stormwater harvesting infrastructure in preparation for the summer 2025 irrigation season.
