Expressions of Interest are invited for:

A value-for-money Food and Garden Organics (FOGO) processing solution for the City of Newcastle and then short-list respondents for a subsequent tender process for the preferred solution.

The objectives of implementing a FOGO solution are:

- Compliance with NSW Waste and Sustainable Material Strategy 2041 and its requirement to provide a FOGO service by 2030

- Provision of a value for money FOGO service to the community of Newcastle

Documents are available electronically.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
