The Expression of Interest seeks responses from the market to help us find a payroll solution that will integrate with Inland Revenue's corporate functions and support its longer-term strategic direction to have seamless end-to-end systems and business processes that deliver the most effective results for the New Zealand taxpayer.
NOTE: This is the first stage of a 2-stage process. Suppliers that have not responded to this EOI will not be invited to respond to the subsequent RFP stage of this procurement process
This is an open tender for an Integrated Payroll Solution (IPS).
Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its Proposal is received by us via the Cotiss tool (see “Cotiss” section below) on or before the Deadline for Proposals. We will acknowledge receipt of each Proposal.
You must submit your Proposal to us in electronic format (Microsoft Word/Excel and separate PDF versions) via Cotiss.
Your Proposal must be titled “Integrated Payroll solution”
Access to this RFP will be provided exclusively via Cotiss, as will all questions, answers, updates and addendums that pertain to this procurement process. IR’s use of Cotiss also means Respondents must submit their Proposals through Cotiss.
