The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) requires the services of a suitably qualified supplier to develop a financial delegations e-Learning module that is engaging for users and effectively delivers on the objectives outlined below.

Objectives:

The objective in developing the module is to provide PM&C with an assurance that relevant staff;

• possess a detailed understanding of the legislative basis and purpose of financial delegations;
• that the relevant staff retain the knowledge to fulfil their legal obligations as financial delegates; and
• the eLearning assists to mitigate non-conformance risks for PM&C.

Audience:

The target audience for this module will consist of internal PM&C staff with a primary focus on staff who are financial delegates. The training will likely be a mandated training program, and we are seeking to develop a module/product that offers longevity in its offering. Post the initial deployment, the learning module is intended to be completed annually by the relevant staff.

Delivery platform:

The Program will be launched on the PM&C internal learning management platform, Acorn.
