Tender Description
The Parental Leave Support Program (the Program) is an employment benefit to all primary and secondary carers access the Department of Government Services (DGS) and the two customer departments it services under a Corporate Shared Services model the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) and the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF).
Employees have access to up to four hours of specialist coaching either before, during or on return from parental leave. It is an important element of a health, safety and wellbeing program, particularly relating to optimising the mental health and wellbeing of employees. Currently DGS and its customer departments consists of approximately 3,000 employees. The selected provider will be expected to have the ability and capacity to provide the program to at least 22 new participants per year.
