ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 77,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City of Coffs Harbour seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to design, supply and install six moveable dwellings across the City's four holiday parks in Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Woolgoolga. This tender is released under City contract CON00545 Moveable Dwellings Design, Construction, Supply and Installation which will be awarded to a single contractor, however, the City retains the right to make the tender award to more than one contractor where appropriate. The award of tender will require the contractor to be bound by City's MW21 General Conditions of Contract, a copy of which is supplied in the RFQ document package.

NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT

As part of this RFT, the City is offering the opportunity of a site visit to any proponent which can be organised by contacting the Nominated Contact below (see also Volume 1 document).

ENQUIRIES:

RFT enquiries should be directed to Mr Sean Hone Manager Holiday Parks via the online forum prior to 3pm AEDST on Wednesday 14 March 2025.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT all or any part of the RFT, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation.
