Professional Training Services:

Murdi Paaki Asset Preservation Project – MPRA Building Skills for Better Futures

Murdi Paaki Services Limited (MPSL) invites Expressions of Interest (EoI interested persons with recognised capabilities, relevant qualifications and experience to apply to be added to its Panel of Approved Suppliers with the objective of establishing a cohort of prequalified suppliers wishing to be considered for selection for VET advisory services in western NSW.

The nature of the programme is to support a Region-wide Aboriginal apprentice employment and training programme in carpentry and other building disciplines. More details on the Murdi Paaki Asset Preservation Project: MPRA Building Skills for Better Futures programme are included in the Expressions of Interest (EoI) documents provided to individuals and firms who wish to submit an EoI. An applicant must be a legal entity that is recognised and acceptable to MPSL and the NSW Government. EoIs will not be considered from individuals or firms found to be under external administration, nor will registration of an applicant extend to an associate or subsidiary owned or controlled by the applicant.

MPSL will use the Register to identify, assess and engage both individuals and corporate entities as contractors to undertake work in conjunction with MPSL to support trainees and apprentices to complete the required training as part of this programme.

The EoI is the first stage of a two-stage engagement process. The objective of the process is to identify, and pre-register individuals and firms interested in entering into a proposed contract with MPSL and having the capacity, capability and experience to help drive a process of change. EoI's will be assessed in accordance with designated criteria set out in this invitation by the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) comprising representatives of the NSW Government and Murdi Paaki Regional Assembly (MPRA). Only organisations that are pre-registered through this EoI process will be eligible to submit tenders.

To apply to be added to the Register, interested parties are invited to contact Haylee Rogers at Haylee.rogers@mpra.com.au to request a copy of the EoI for the Murdi Paaki Asset Preservation Project – MPRA Building Skills for Better Homes Futures programme.
