The Department of the House of Representatives requires a seller to provide onsite Content Manager (CM) support services on a time and materials basis, including but not limited to the following services:

• updating retention schedule configuration including importing AFDA Express V2 and mapping new retention classes to existing Business Classification Scheme, and
• ad-hoc CM technical advice and support.

It is estimated that approximately 100 hours of support would be required, spread over several weeks. The exact dates the work will be performed will be negotiated with the successful seller.

The successful seller would be required to carry out the works onsite at Australian Parliament House, Canberra.

Essential criteria

• Expertise in Information and Records Management, including experience supporting government agencies.
• Demonstrated experience as an Administrator for Content Manager (particularly Content Manager 10.1).
• Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth records/information management processes, requirements and legislation.
• Baseline security clearance
