Tender Description
The City of Gold Coast Council is inviting submissions from the market to manage, operate and grow all seven tourist parks; Broadwater, Burleigh Beach, Jacob’s Well, Kirra Beach, Main Beach, Ocean Beach, and Tallebudgera Creek.
The purpose of the EOI is to gather information from the market that will provide insights enabling the City to identify optimal next steps for the operation and management of the Tourist Parks with the aim of consolidating the number of operators across the Tourist Parks with a preference for one operator of all seven Tourist Parks. In parallel, it seeks to assess the capability of Respondents to manage and operate up to seven Tourist Parks, including their experience, resources, and approach to service delivery.
