This is the same as RFI 02885. Please do not respond to both as they will be all considered together. We are reposting after receiving feedback from suppliers that other marketplaces may be more suitable.

To have a fully functioning, integrated, scalable and adaptable solution to host our Commission Website(s). Accessibility is the core consideration for its development and central to its function, enabling user friendly, in-house content updates, assessment functionality, to allow continuous improvement and supported automation of repetitive tasks. The website would be governed, managed and maintained in line with leading practice.

This RFI will help NDIS Commission narrow the market to then approach suppliers via a RFQ. Only suppliers able to meet essential criteria will be invited to RFQ.

The users and their needs

The new CMS will be used by internal stakeholders to display content across our digital channels, which will be consumed by providers, workers and participants of the NDIS, as well as other stakeholders.

Internal users require a platform that allows for increased flexibility and control and can be integrated across Channels.

End users may have accessibility needs that are limited under the current Drupal setup

Work already done

Some work has been undertaken to improve the existing Drupal setup.

A CMS business case has also been established.

Technical/business constraints

Currently constrained by existing Drupal based website to make substantial changes

Financial constraint if significant overhaul is required
