Tender Description

Broken Hill City Council invites quotations from qualified and experienced travel management service providers to support the efficient and cost-effective coordination of Council’s corporate travel needs.

Council requires a travel management service that ensures compliance with its Employee Travel Policy, delivers value for money and provides excellent customer service.

This RFQ outlines Council’s requirements and expectations for the service. Submissions are highly encouraged from providers with strong track records in corporate travel management, the capability to deliver timely and reliable support and a commitment to cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The successful Respondent will be responsible for delivering a seamless, efficient and cost-effective travel booking service that meets the needs of Council employees. The required services include:

- Accommodation and Bookings

- Flight Bookings

- Hire Car Bookings

- Travel Cancellations

- Dedicated Travel Manager and Emergency 24/7 Support

- Unused Ticket Tracking and Management

- Chargeback Invoicing

- Online Booking Tool

- Travel Consultancy

- Real time web-based reporting

- Financial Reporting

- Annual Review, Optimisation and Continuous Improvement
