Tender Description

Provision of Telecommunication Managed Services to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI).

Project goals

Identify suppliers via this Expression of Interest, to proceed to the next stage Request for Tender for the provision of DPHI Telecommunication Managed Services.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a proposed two-stage tender process.

  • This EOI (Stage 1) will assist the Department to identify suitably qualified companies likely to be able to meet its needs and assist it in defining its requirements for the project.
  • The second stage (Request for Tender) shall commence following the evaluation of Stage 1- EOI

Scope

Provision of Telco Managed Services in all or some of the areas listed below:

  • telecommunications expense management
  • carrier Support
  • mobile Fleet management
  • mobile Device management
  • supply of a monitoring platform system to reconcile carrier billing data with vendor invoices and DPHI platform data
  • 4G Router Support
